Mindset… According to the Merriam-Webster dictionary, mindset is a mental attitude or inclination or a fixed state of mind.  However I don’t only think of mindset as this definition.  I also think of it like a habit… It is very common within business where sales decline or productivity decreases because the business owner may not have a positive mindset.  Once you change your mindset to a negative aspect, it more than likely becomes a habit of negativity… That is why I like to think of mindset as a habit. Just like any habit, if you don’t catch it and change it then there may be side effects that stem from it.  Which is why it is super important to have the right mindset as not only a worker but also as a business owner.  Here are 4 reasons why mindset is so important within an online business.
